🔹 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at shreeharimills8@gmail.com.

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.


🔹 Return & Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Product is expired or leaking

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

📸 Customers must share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.


🔹 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products reported after the allowed time window


🔹 Refund Process

  • Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

  • In case of Cash on Delivery, refund will be processed via bank transfer (details required)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
